Review Online Payments
The National Office provides a link to an exclusive page to check the progress of membership fees and local dues payments.
During the spring, the National Office uploads a new list of payments to this page each Monday, Wednesday and Friday by 11 a.m. Eastern time. This way, you can track your candidates’ payments before they are initiated. This page will also be helpful when you are completing the Official Membership Report (OMR) after initiation.
Check online payments
To access the “advisors only” area of the website and download payment updates, follow these instructions:
- Click the link below to access the advisor login page. First-time users may follow the instructions provided.
- Once you are logged in, you will be directed to a page called “My Committees.” Click “Chapter Advisors” to access the Advisor Committee page.*
- Locate your chapter’s online payments on the downloadable spreadsheet.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Advisor Committee page if you wish to download the spreadsheet.
*If you do not see an option to click on “Chapter Advisors,” the National Office may not have you listed as an advisor. Please email mortarboard@mortarboard.org to verify that the National Office knows you are an advisor.
